Room was clean and neat
Hallway was full of food trays and linens even at 4:00 pm. Hallway carpet very soiled. Atrium still hadn't been vacuumed from an event 16 hours later

Having the dog show in the same building, not having to drive to get to the show.
-
I stayed because you were hosting a dog show. I loved getting to the show without having to go outdoors.
I wish the advertisement had said there was a refrigerator in the room. And I wish I knew there were rooms with a balcony.
-
Room was third floor walk up, and the property was in serious need of renovation.

Very little. You compare very unfavorably with the Haverhill Hampton Inn, where the staff was most friendly, the rooms more up-to-date (with refrigerator, which would seem a normal thing these days) and the breakfast at the Hampton Inn was delicious whereas you have none included for about $60 a night more.
As I said, there was little to recommend you. You need better maintenance of your rooms; the bathroom is shabby and the bedroom depressingly dark. The service was rotten (if you have a wedding that is no excuse; you need additional staff). The fridge you EVENTUALLY delivered was dumped and no attempt made to find the appropriate level, so it was way too cold. All in all, an unwelcoming place.

The room was nice but for some reason there was no mini fridge
I didn't like that the balcony wasn't outside it was inside and led out the indoor pool-but that was OK
-
The room was nice
I didnt like the toilet it has rust in it...
-
Location in regards to where we were going, close to the highway
The room was not very clean, toilet was slow flushing and sink did not drain well. Also ice machine was out of order and satellite television was not working so we couldn't watch.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, but nothing special.
Had to walk up two flights of stairs; room faced directly onto large field and was very vulnerable to breaking; room was musty, dark, poor condition -- sink had major spider web of cracks, the door stop in bathroom had been repaired but left unpainted; the tiling in the bathroom was cracked and missing in places; carpeting was smelly and felt damp; the furniture in the room looked and felt like it had come from the dump (for the second time) -- desk chair was very unstable and subject to tipping, the desk and dresser were badly scratched, etc. -- the lock on the door was in need of repair and took great strength to actually turn the knob to lock it; ....

The meals at the hotel was good. I ate all day there since I did not have means of going out for dinner. I really enjoyed the meals and will eat from the hotel next time I visit. The Manager Stephanie is very professional and addresses issues promptly.
-
Very convenient location but still felt "remote" at the same time
-
The bed was not bad ,wifi was free
No heat in bathroom ,rooms were not as clean as I would take to have seen ,I have stay in a lot of holiday inn and they were great .

-Dinner chicken fingers -Staffs change of attitude once I complained
I have stayed at this Holiday Inn for the past 4 years, to bring my son and his friends tubing at Nashoba Valley. I have never encountered so many problems as I did this yea, and unfortuntely I will not be returning. Every year I book the same room- off the pool- apparently this year I did not book this room. If I even thought there was a change I would not get a poolside room than I would have never went there. The rooms we did get smelt of a horrible odor, the fixtures were very outdated, no fridge, the bathtub would not drain and the fixtures in it were moldy, or appeared that way. The staff was far from friendly - which it seemed they were understaffed, but still no excuse. Breakfast was not edible, at all. After having breakfast at the hotel, we had to go out to breakfast. The continental breakfast is far from sanitary. I was not going to complain, but I was asked how my stay was, so I listed the long list of things that made my stay horrible. So, for anyone booking here- be sure you get a poolside room, because it seems to me that the rest of the hotel rooms is a waste of $160!

No hot water. no concession offered besides the breakfast that was already included...

We stayed at this hotel for a dog show and found it very pet friendly. The staff were wonderful! Room service was quick and very reasonably priced.
Some rooms can only be accessed by stairs so be sure to let them know if mobility is an issue. We also had some problems with our door key card but maintenance quickly responded.
